Notwithstanding paragraph 2 of schedule 2 to the 2000 Act as amended by section 118(8)(a) of the Act, a member of staff of Audit Scotland appointed under section 10(2)(c) of the 2000 Act before 1st October 2010 is not disqualified from holding office in accordance with the terms of that appointment until another person is appointed to that office.
