Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations—

(a)may be cited as the Flood Risk Management (Flood Protection Schemes, Potentially Vulnerable Areas and Local Plan Districts) (Scotland) Regulations 2010; and

(b)come into force on 24th December 2010.
