The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and 28(2) of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000(1), section 4(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002(2) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
