5.  In the Foster Children (Scotland) Act 1984(1)—

(a)in section 2(2)(d)(2) (children who are not defined as a “foster child” for the purposes of the Act), for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “Part 5 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”; and

(b)in section 21(1)(3) (interpretation), in the definition of “care home service”, for “section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
