33. In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Appointment of Consultants) (Scotland) Regulations 2009(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Board”, after “section 10 of the Act” insert “and Healthcare Improvement Scotland established under section 10A of the Act”.
