SCHEDULE 3MODIFICATIONS RELATING TO JOINT INSPECTIONS

Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003

1.  In paragraph 19 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003(1) (excepted offices and employments), for “section 1” to “Act 2006” substitute “section 115 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.

2.  In the definition of “registered nurse” in regulation 7(7) of the Public Services Reform (Joint Inspections) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(2) (interviews and examinations), for “Nurses and Midwives” substitute “Nursing and Midwifery”.
