1.  In article 4(2) of the Deposits in the Sea (Exemption) Order 1985 M1, for “regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “ regulation 2(1) of the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011 ”.

The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991S

(2) In regulation 4(8) of those Regulations, for “paragraph 3(11)(a) and (b) of Schedule 5 to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “ paragraph 3(9) of Schedule 5 to the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011 ”.

The Controlled Waste Regulations 1992S

3.—(1) In regulation 1(2) of the Controlled Waste Regulations 1992 M3, in the definition of “Directive waste”, for “regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “ regulation 2(1) of the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011 ”.

(2) In Schedule 3 paragraph 18(2) to those Regulations, for the definition of “tank washings” substitute—
