Amendment of the list of specified authorities

2.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003(1) (the specified authorities) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In the listing of the specified authorities—

(a)under the heading “Executive bodies” insert, at the appropriate place, “Architecture and Design Scotland”;

(b)under the heading “Advisory bodies” omit “Architecture and Design Scotland”.
