Rule 42.3 (report of taxation) is amended in accordance with the following subparagraphs.

In paragraph (1)(b) after “the process of the cause” insert “, the taxed account”.

In paragraph (2) for “the date of the report prepared under paragraph (1)” substitute “the date of receipt of intimation under paragraph (1)(c)”.
