7. In paragraph 6(d) of Schedule 2 to the Private Landlord Registration (Information and Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 (fees for registration)(1), for “section 57 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “section 20(1) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010”.
