In section 68(1) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (grants in respect of activities relating to child care and family support)37—

a

the word “or ”, where it fourth occurs, is repealed;

b

after “(c.36)” insert “or the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 1)”; and

c

for “either” substitute “any”.
