10.  In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No 142/2011” after “that Directive” insert “ , as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No 717/2013; and references to that Regulation of 2011 are references to that Regulation as amended from time to time ”.S
