Providing money for illegal purposesI174
Where a person knowingly provides money—
a
for any payment which is contrary to the provisions of this Order;
b
for any expenses incurred in excess of the maximum amount allowed by this Order; or
c
for replacing any money expended in any such payment or expenses,
except where the payment or the incurring of the expenses may have been previously allowed in pursuance of section 167 of the 1983 Act (as applied by this Order)46 (application for relief) to be an exception, that person shall be guilty of an illegal payment.
