The Housing (Scotland) Act 19885 is amended as follows.

In section 49 (information as to determination of rents)—
a
in subsection (1), for “private rented housing panel” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”; and
b
in subsection (2), for “private rented housing panel” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
