A person who contravenes or fails to comply with the provisions of Articles 3 to 6 and 8 commits an offence.

A person who contravenes or fails to comply with the provisions of regulation 5 commits an offence.

A person who commits an offence under these Regulations is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
