The provisions of the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 201017 and the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 201518 specified in the schedule (revocations) are revoked, to the extent specified in the schedule.

The provisions revoked by paragraph (1) continue to have effect on and after the day on which they are revoked as they had effect immediately before that day for the purposes of any election to be held on or before 5 April 2021.
