Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) (Amendment) Measure 1993 (Appointed Day Instrument 1994)

Whereas the Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) (Amendment) Measure 1993 received the Royal Assent on the twenty-seventh day of July 1993

And Whereas by section 16(2) of the said Measure it is provided that the said Measure shall come into operation on such date as the Archbishops of Canterbury and York may jointly appoint

Now therefore we GEORGE LEONARD by Divine Providence Archbishop of Canterbury and JOHN STAPYLTON by Divine Providence Archbishop of York do hereby jointly appoint that the said Measure shall come into operation on the first day of September 1994
