The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(2) of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2010 F1, make the following Instrument:
Citation and interpretation1

This Instrument may be cited as the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2010 (Appointed Day No. 1) Instrument 2010.

In this Instrument “the Measure” means the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2010.
Appointed days2
The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Measure specified in Schedule 1 is 1st July 2010.

The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Measure specified in Schedule 2 is 1st September 2010.
