Extent Information
Of the General Synod and the Convocations

On such day as may be appointed by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York under the M1Synodical Government Measure 1969, the powers to legislate by Canon and other functions of the Convocation of Canterbury [York], and the authority, rights and privileges of the said Convocation, shall vest in the General Synod of the Church of England, being the Church Assembly renamed and reconstituted by the said Measure.
