6In section 7 for the words from “Commissioners” to the end there shall be substituted the words “diocesan board of finance of each diocese shall furnish to the Commissioners and the Archbishops' Council a duly audited copy of the capital account and the income account of the diocesan stipends fund in such form as that Council may prescribe”.
