For the purpose of this Measure, F2the Church Commissioners shall appoint an appeal committee consisting of such F2Commissioners as they may determine, and without prejudice to any other remedy a beneficiary shall be entitled to require that any question which may arise in connection with the application to the beneficial interest of such beneficiary of the system of quarterly payments established by this Measure shall be determined by such appeal committee.
