The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and (3) and 80(2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981(1), and in exercise of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2), hereby makes the following Order:–

1981 c. 14; section 3 was amended by paragraphs 4(2) of Part II of Schedule 2 to the Transport Act 1985 (c. 67) (“the 1985 Act”), section 14A was inserted by section 25 of the 1985 Act.
