6. In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Exemption) Order 2001, in Part 3 of the Schedule (persons exempt in respect of any regulated activity mentioned in article 5(1))(1), in the entry numbered 31, for “the Scottish Tourist Board” substitute “VisitScotland”.
Part 3 of the Schedule was amended by the Tourist Boards (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 15), Schedule 2, Part 2; there have been other amendments to Part 3 not relevant to this Order.
