14.  In section 17 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1972(1) (duty to give information in certain cases), in subsection (5)—

(a)at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”, and

(b)after paragraph (c) insert—

“(d)the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008; or

(e)the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
