SCHEDULE 2Amendments

32. In section 74 of the Airports Act 1986(1) (restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (3)—

(a)omit paragraph (j), and

(b)after paragraph (t) insert—

“(u)the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(v)the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
