The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 141(11D) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988(1).
1988 c.33. Section 141(11D) was inserted in relation to England and Wales by section 43(4) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (c.38) and in relation to Northern Ireland by paragraph 11(3) of Schedule 2 to that Act.
