This Order is made in connection with the implementation, by the Cornwall (Structural Change) Order 20081, of a proposal made by Cornwall County Council.
A draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 240(6) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 20072.
The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 11, 12 and 13(1) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007:
