Schedule 1 (registered social landlord: regulation) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 9(3A)—
a
for the words from the beginning to the first “given by” in paragraph (b) substitute “Consent given by”, and
b
in that paragraph before “, shall be given” insert “under sub-paragraph (3)”.

In paragraph 11(3A)—
a
for the words from the beginning to the first “given by” in paragraph (b) substitute “Consent given by”, and
b
in that paragraph before “, shall be given” insert “under sub-paragraph (3)”.

For paragraph 25(1) substitute—

A person is disqualified from acting as an officer of a registered social landlord if the person has been removed under—
a
paragraph 24(2)(a) (removal for misconduct or mismanagement), or
b
section 260 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, section 30(1)(a) of the Housing Associations Act 1985 or section 20(1)(a) of the Housing Act 1974 (other similar provisions).
