The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 154(5) of, and Schedule 7 to, the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 20111.
In accordance with section 154(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
