64. In the Social Security Act 1998(1)—
(a)in section 3(1A)(aa) (use of information), omit “in Northern Ireland”; and
(b)in section 15A(2) (functions of senior president of tribunals), omit “and the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission” (in both places).
1998 c.14. Subsection 3(1A) was inserted by section 236 of, and Schedule 10 to, the Pensions Act 2004 (c.35) and amended by the 2008 Act. Section 15A was inserted by S.I. 2008/2833.
