20Joint holders

Notwithstanding anything in the Act of 1845, where several persons are jointly entitled to and registered as holders of any shares, any one of those persons may vote at any meeting at which holders of shares of the same class are entitled to vote either personally or by proxy in respect of the shares as if he were solely entitled thereto; but if more than one of the joint holders be present at any meeting personally or by proxy that one of the said persons so present whose name stands first on the register in respect of the shares shall alone be entitled to vote in respect thereof.

For the purposes of this section, executors or administrators of a deceased member in whose name any share in the capital of the Company stands shall be deemed joint holders thereof.
