Provided always, That for the Purpose of providing a Sinking Fund for paying off the Principal Money borrowed on Mortgages granted under any of the said Acts or this Act the Burial Board shall once in every Year set aside, out of the Monies charged by such Mortgages, such Sum as they think proper, being a Sum equal to or exceeding One Fiftieth Part of the Principal Money so borrowed.
