Any Burial Board or Council of a Borough may, for the Purpose of raising Money, instead of making Mortgages under any of the said Acts, grant terminable Annuities for a Life or Lives, or for any Number of Years not exceeding Thirty Years, to be paid out of the like Monies as provided with regard to the Monies secured by such Mortgages.
