(1)This Act may be cited as the Agriculture and Horticulture Act 1964.
(2)In this Act—
“the Minister” means the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food;
“the Ministers” means the Minister and [F1the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales]acting jointly.
(3)The provisions of Part III of this Act (other than section 22F2... (3)) shall not extend to Northern Ireland, . . . F3
