The expenses of the Minister under this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.

The expenses of the Forestry Commissioners under this Act shall be defrayed out of the Forestry Fund.

Any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys provided by Parliament by way of Rate-Deficiency Grant or Exchequer Equalisation Grant under the enactments relating to local government in England and Wales or in Scotland shall be defrayed out of moneys so provided.
