[F15U.K.Where a person elects under this Schedule for the civil service scheme, the principal civil service pension scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and for the time being in force shall, subject to regulations under this Schedule, apply as if his service as Commissioner were service in employment in the civil service of the State.]
