[F16U.K.In the following provisions of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925, for the words “Probate, Divorce and Admiralty Division” or “Probate Division”, in each place where they occur, substitute the words “Family Division”:—

  • section 157 (copies of will to be delivered to Revenue) ;

  • section 172 (depositories of wills of living persons) ;
