9In sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Indictable Offences Act 1848 (backing of warrants) for any reference to justices of oyer and terminer or gaol delivery, except so far as it is a reference to such a justice in Northern Ireland, there shall be substituted a reference to the Crown Court.
