An Act to preclude, subject to certain exceptions, the making of grants under Part I of the Industrial Development Act 1966 in respect of expenditure incurred on or after 27th October 1970; to make further provision with respect to grants under section 3 of the Local Employment Act 1960; and for connected purposes.
Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
