Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972

The Public Expenditure and Receipts Act 1968 (c. 14)

In Schedule 3, for paragraph 7(a) there shall be substituted:—

“(a)The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 section 134(9)”.
