This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)This Act binds the Crown, but nothing in this Act shall be construed as rendering land owned by or occupied for the purposes of the Crown subject to any charge to which, independently of this Act, it would not be subject.
(2)References in this Act to restrictive covenants include references to any conditions, stipulations or restrictions imposed on or after 1st January 1926, by virtue of section 137 of the [1922 c. 16.] Law of Property Act 1922, for (the protection of the amenities of royal parks, gardens and palaces.
