The boundary dividing the parish of Sopley referred to in Part II of this Schedule shall be such as the Secretary of State may by order determine on or near the general line of the River Avon.
By The Uncertificated Securities (Amendment) (Eligible Debt Securities) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/1633), reg. 15, Sch. 2 para. 17 it is provided (24.6.2003) that the reference in Sch. 1 para. 6 to "other securities so transferable" shall include a reference to uncertificated units of eligible debt securities
