C2C390C13C6C8 Term of office of persons filling casual vacancies.
A person elected or appointed under the foregoing provisions of this Act in England or Wales F1or under Part F2. . . IV of the Local Government Act 1985 to fill any casual vacancy F3. . . shall hold office until the date upon which the person in whose place he is elected F1or appointed would regularly have retired, and he shall then retire.
