C1Pt. IV applied with modifications by Offshore Petroleum Development (Scotland) Act 1975 (c. 8), s. 1, Sch. 2 para. 1(1)-(4)
At the end of section 6 of the Railway Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 (construction of railway to be subject to that Act and M1Land Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 there shall be added the following subsection—
“(2)For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that in this section the reference to the construction of the railway includes a reference to the execution of works in connection therewith.”
