The [1972 c. 52.] Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972
89In section 242(1) (contributions by local authorities), for the words " local authorities " and " local authority ", where that expression first occurs, there shall be substituted respectively the words " regional or islands councils " and " regional or islands council", and for the words " district of the local authority " there shall be substituted the words " region or islands area ".
