89In section 242(1) (contributions by local authorities), for the words “local authorities” and “local authority”, where that expression first occurs, there shall be substituted respectively the words “regional or islands councils” and “regional or islands council”, and for the words “district of the local authority” there shall be substituted the words “region or islands area”.
