12In both versions of clause 27 of the relevant clauses for the words "considerations by way of royalty or otherwise specified by Schedule 2 hereto " there shall be substituted the words " payments mentioned in clause 8(1) of this licence " and for the word " consideration " there shall be substituted the word " payments ".
