26 Interpretation and repeals.

In this Act F1... “the Minister” means the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

Except where the context otherwise requires, any reference in this Act to an enactment is a reference to it as amended, and includes a reference to it as applied, by or under any other enactment, including this Act.

The enactments mentioned in Schedule 4 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
