In section 1(1) of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 (power to make orders as to fisheries for shellfish) for the words “so much of the exclusive fishery limits of the British Islands as is adjacent to Great Britain" substitute the words “waters adjacent to Great Britain to a distance of six nautical miles measured from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured".
