12Alteration of qualifications for appointment as Circuit judge
In section 16(3) of the [1971 c. 23.] Courts Act 1971 (service for five years as a Recorder to be a qualification for appointment as a Circuit judge) for the word " five " there shall be substituted the word " three ".
